The origin ppc target is the NRA B27 and NRA B34 (reduced target to simulate 50 meter/yds Stages at 25 m/yds)

This target shows a human sihouette and so it is forbidden to be used for civilian shooting sports in some countries.

So some countries designed similar targets, which are "political correct". One of this alternative are the German and Swedish PPC target, which is meanwhile used by few members of wa1500.

All results on B27 or similar targets are okay for Classification and top/ranking list database provided the size of scoring ringes etc. is the same as on the B27 target.
